Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Strength through Strategy

Literally translated, the "gentle art" has no punching or kicking. Instead, students learn how to gain advantage through strategic ground positions that provide leverage and eliminate size advantage. Achieving a dominant position on the ground is one of the hallmarks of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Position control and submissions are the basis of this program. Inyodo Jiu-Jitsu follows the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation Belt ranks and time tables outlined in each students curriculum paper. Requirements include Jiu-Jitsu techniques as well as attitude, focus and engagement.
